Recipe for good coffee in a French Press
I bought a Bodum Chambord coffee press a few weeks back and I’ve been struggling to make coffee that actually has a body to it without being too bitter and strong. Today I think I might have hit it just right. Here’s what I did:
2 flat tablespoons of coarse ground coffee (I used Gimme! Leftist) 12 oz filtered water, heated to a boil
